The Suunto Quest is a watch and chest belt combo that tracks your heart rate during exercise to calculate training intensity, average heart rate, calories used and recommended recovery time.
A Dual Comfort Belt and Movestick Mini are included, allowing you to monitor your heart rate before connecting the Quest to your PC or Mac to upload the data to movescount.com, where it can be used to track and share your progress and plan future training routines. The Quest can also track speed and cadence when used with optional POD extras (sold separately), giving you full in-depth training data.
Track lap times manually or automatically with up to 300 split times and the interval timer feature. Real time and average heart rates can be monitored, and measured against pre-selected targets telling you whether to increase or decrease intensity.Â
The backlit dot matrix display is clear and easy to read, an the menus are simpl to control with the large side buttons. The watch has the usual daily alarm, stopwatch and 12/24h settings as well as 30m waterproofing so you can wear it all day in any weather with confidence.
