Protecting your little ones from the elements is this insulated hooded waterproof jacket.

With thermo-guard, high-loft insulation, the breathable jacket repels moisture and dries rapidly in humid conditions. When the warm tuns to rainstorm, the Isotex qualities of the jacket can withstand up to 10000mm of water pressure. 

You can even find a grown-on elastic hood and 2 zipped lower pockets. Adjustable cuffs and shockcord hem allow freedom of movement.
