With the tactix® 8 AMOLED watch, you’ll have instant access to all of your health data including heart rate, stress, sleep and energy as well as activity insights like steps, floors climbed, calories and more. You can also monitor your performance in more detail with purpose-built modes for running, biking, golf, swimming, skiing, strength training and specific fitness activities like HIIT workouts.
The watch connects to smartphones using Bluetooth® so you never miss important notifications while you’re on the move. It also syncs your data to the Garmin Connect app so you can track your performance across multiple devices.
